Values, direction and ethics
NOAH's vision is to contribute to creating both secure and circular value chains. This must happen through work driven by competence, responsibility and courage.
Competence is a prerequisite for us to be able to achieve ambitious goals and win recognition as a leading player. We have a long and proud tradition as a competence company, and it is a label we will work for in the future as well. Competence will continue to be a central part of NOAH's identity.
Accountability is about being reliable, trustworthy and caring – for each other, for our customers, for future generations, for the environment and for society.
Word is about daring, about paving the way, pointing out a course and going ahead, even when uncertainty and opposing forces characterize us. NOAH will take the lead in the development of future environmental solutions.
The values are our guidelines when we make choices, in our cooperation and our communication with each other and with the world around us. The values remind us of who we are and motivate us to put in effort and good performance for continuous development.
Strategy
Vision and values are actively used in the company's strategy work. NOAH's strategy up to 2025 can be briefly summarized as follows:
NOAH must be made clear as an environmental and resource company, develop solutions that return resources to society and be further developed as a competence-based enterprise.
Ethical guidelines
NOAH demands a high ethical standard from its employees, from everyone who acts on behalf of the company and from our partners. Based on this, we have established ethical guidelines for both employees and suppliers. These must govern everything we do as individuals and as a company. The ethical guidelines are attached.
Work with equality and discrimination
NOAH works for equality and against discrimination of gender, pregnancy, leave in case of birth or adoption, care tasks, ethnicity, religion, outlook on life, functional impairment, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression and combinations of these grounds.
Work with equality and discrimination is rooted in the company's management system.
